YOURS IS NOT THE SAME
Your trauma is not the same as the next person.
Your mental health journey is not the same as the next person.
Your loss is not the same as the next person.
Your grief is not the same as the next person.
Your pain/heartbreak is not the same as the next person.
Your physical health journey is not the same as the next person.
In fact, no journey you are on, will ever be the same as the next person, even when the scenarios are relatable. So stop. Stop with the judgements. Stop telling other's how they should be with their trauma, pain, heartbreak, grief etc etc. Stop shaming others because they didn't do what you did. Just, stop it.
