5 Minute Sugar Free Popsicles
These popsicles were actually made for my teething babe. I wanted something that I knew she had already eaten before, so she wouldn't have an allergic reaction and something that only had the natural sugars from the fruit in it. No store bought for my babe! I of course had to taste test and these are so satisfying for a hot summer's day! The best part? They literally take 5 minutes to make, ok well maybe longer then 5 minutes if you count the time they have to sit in the freezer to harden into the popsicle mould. Check out the recipe below!
- 1 banana, pick a riper banana for more sweetness. Especially if making as "teething popsicles".
- 4 strawberries - remove the stems
- 1 cup of water. If you're making these for yourself or an older child feel free to use 1 cup of almond milk for a creamier frozen treat.
- Mix all the above ingredients into a blender and pour into your popsicle moulds.
If you have leftover mix feel feel to freeze that for use down the road. This mix will probably make, depending on mould size, 10-18 popsicles.
Enjoy and let me know if you make em'! If making them as a teething pop for your babe always supervise your little one when they are enjoying their popsicle, as the popsicle melts it breaks off chunks easier which can be a choking hazard if you leave them unsupervised.
