SPRING OUTFIT 4 - RAIN BOOT CHIC

Rain boots are an absolute staple for any spring capsule, but they don’t have to be reserved just for slopping around in the rain and mud. You can totally glamorize your rain boots, as you’ll see I did with this spring outfit.

The key is glamming up the top of your look and one of the easiest ways to do that is with a blazer or a fitted trench coat. Or hell, why not a chicer fitter rain coat, it is spring after all! Since I’m currently obsessed with colour on colour looks, I paired this thrifted Robin’s egg blue H&M blazer with my cobalt blue Hunter Boots. I love that these Hunter’s are a matte finish versus the slick glossy finish.

Underneath the blazer I put on a darling boho white lace tank, which is a recent purchase from Winners. White lace is so pretty and you find it a lot more in the spring and summer months, perfect to wear to Easter festivities, wedding or baby showers.

I completed the look with my dark Levis skinny’s, that keeps the look still in a casual chic appearance. Best to pair your rain boot with a sophisticated jean or black pant to keep it more glam. You could even wear with a cute jersey knee length or above the knee dress and a cute denim jacket.
